Dealing with a planning constraint

It's not unusual that our team will have to handle a planning constraint that requires an extra level of design. Due to the restriction of height and depth on the extension alongside the neighbours, we can’t submit this project as a Permitted Development. Therefore, our talented team have sketched an alternative design solution to be submitted under a Householder Application. This design works for both the client and the restrictive planning conditions. Here's our sketch that shows how a revised layout will work in plan, and how it looks in elevation!
